For those of you with tons of great girlfriends (or just 2, you don’t need a huge group of friends to validate your existence), but not a lot of cash, you’re going to want to spend some time perusing the huge selection of e.l.f. cosmetics. All of their basic products are just $1. The Hypershine Mini Cell Phone Lip Gloss Charm ($5) is a great holiday surprise, but maybe advise your friends not to talk on the phone while applying the new lip gloss, you wouldn’t want them to look too smart.
