About this list:
I eat. Every day in fact. And I love food. I love buying it, I love making it, I love smelling it, I love taking it places, I love going somewhere particular to quell a craving, I don't really like cleaning it up though. In any case, this list is all things food (and maybe even beverage) - be they delicious, adorable, weird, fancy, simple, whatever. Yum.

Maple-bacon and Absinthe lollies?! If this isn't the candy based way to my boyfriend's heart, I don't know what is.

Nellie & Joe's Famous Lime Juice
First to recommend
Description
This Key West Lime Juice was introduced to me by my friend Holly and I am still grateful. It seriously makes THE best margarita mix in the world. I hear you can buy it at BevMo too, and it's cheaper that way rather than ordering online.
I'll share a little secret with you (but this is from memory, so if I'm wrong, please don't be angry with me):
1 1/2 parts tequila
1/2 part triple sec or Cointreau (or Grand Marnier!)
1 part Nellie & Joe's
1 part Pomegranate juice
(optional: to your sweetness, or tartness taste preference - juice from an orange &/or limes - I typically use half an orange and garnish with a lime wedge)
Juicy and delicious. The best part is that South Beach margaritas can be made with this stuff since it has no added sugar like sour mix!

A little birdie told me that a family we grew up with is responsible for this tasty treat. Well, kudos to them, and it makes me love it that much more if it's true.
That same little birdie had these treats as favors at her recent bridal shower, and as the lone bridesmaid that couldn't make it, she was kind enough to come by with favors for me, even though I suck as a bridesmaid.
Holy jeez, I'm not even sure it was that good I devoured it so quickly. No wait, I'm sure. It was definitely that good.

My new favorite toy! My recipe collection is a hot mess - sticky scraps of paper, ripped out pages of magazines; all jammed into whatever I could find.
This is potentially life changing. Assuming I manage any follow through.
Three options from the get go, with the availability of purchasing additional recipes/pages later so you can add them to your book.
It's a cookbook! It's a binder! It's your favorite recipes! It's a family heirloom!
I'm already working on four. . . .

Description
I love America's Test Kitchen. They give the best tips and advice, I really think I could spend an entire weekend relearning everything I thought I knew about cooking, and taking notes on the perfect items to stock my kitchen.
The only caveat - don't order books from Cook's Illustrated (their parent company) unless you'd like to become a de facto member of their book club.
Seriously - stop sending me books!!!!

The. Best. Apple Cider in the freaking world. Seriously seriously seriously. Like, OMFG good. And you can have it shipped!
If you are a cider fan, let me reassure you that $25 is not too much to pay for this stuff.

Where voyeurism meets fun and cooking. We have a ton of teambuilding/hands on type cooking activities here in the bay area, but I love that this company offers the ability to cook in small intimate settings. She has several local homes at her disposal which makes this a much more unique and intimate experience.

Sous Kitchen

Description
I keep meaning to try Sous Kitchen and failing miserably. Even though they deliver TO MY OFFICE. I think I'm just intimidated by the portions - it's typically just me that I'm cooking for, sometimes my boyfriend or roommate, but I worry about ordering and ending up with tons of food that I can't possibly get through.
For a busy family (or impromptu dinner party), I can't imagine anything easier. I really want to go on a Saturday when I can assemble my own meals, but then I need to get FOUR and that is way too much food for one week for one person!
