About this list:
My first niece is due in Aug. '08. She will be the first girl in the family and I have told my sister that she is going to be wicked spoiled. What I meant, of course, was that *I* was going to spoil her wickedly. Here are a few products I have found through ThisNext that she simply cannot do without.

Wendy Bellissimo Moses Basket
First to recommend
3 people recommended this item
Description
In order to fully spoil my niece the first thing I will need is a basket to put all her presents in.
This moses basket designed by Wendy Bellissimo is lovely. If I could have afforded it I would have decorated my son's nursery in the Wendy Bellissimo Honey Bee theme, but this starlight design was also difficult to resist. Perfect for a little girl without being too "girly."
All Wendy B products are wonderfully terry soft and are easily found at Babies R Us. (via Wendy Bellissimo)

BabyLegs

Description
These are great -- I am definitely getting a few sets for my son. Perfect to carry in my purse this spring/summer when the weather might turn unexpectedly cool. Or on the beach if the wind picks up. An instant conversion to long sleeves and pants without having to carry an extra set of clothes.
And I love the pirate design. :) (via See pirate design here)

The Lenti Zoo

Description
The Lenti Zoo company makes hooded towels for all sizes -- from infants (for your fun) to grade schoolers (for their fun). Makes a great shower gift, keep at the grandparents house towel, or personal bathtime towels for multiple kids. I admit, I like the pirate one the best! (via The Lenti Zoo)

Hip and Modern Sugar and Spice Photo Card Birth Announcement for Girls Inventing Matilda

Description
I found these by following the homepage link a ThisNext member (InventingMatilda), and wow! Another thing on this list of many things I intend to spoil my niece (due in Aug '08) with.
The designs on her website are amazing -- from striking black and white, to muted pastels, to vibrant primaries... I can see this getting a place of honor in baby's photo album or scrapbook. (via inventing matilda)

Very cool -- this Etsy seller has a lot of great handmade clothing for 2T and under. I am extremely tempted by her kimono style clothing. Now if only I had a girl to give them to...

Little Butterfly - Matching Clothing for Girls and Dolls
First to recommend
Description
I had to physically restrain my mother from buying one of these when I was pregnant. Luckily I did, since I ended up having a boy. Ever since then we have lingered at the vendor's stall at every faire with ill-concealed longing.
I agonized for a while which pictures to use since none of them really do the outfits justice. I can safely say that we are hoping for a girl in the family just so we can buy her a few of these outfits! (via Little Butterfly)

Fleece on Earth | Striped Wish Cap
First to recommend
Description
Fleece on Earth produced those terribly tempting products. Whenever someone asks in an awestruck voice "did you make that?" I always have to struggle not to say "Yes!"
Bonny Dutton and her team are amazing artists and every piece of their clothing radiants the joy, innocence, and love of being a child.
From their website:
"The philosophy behind Fleece on Earth has always been to accentuate the natural charm of children while allowing their unique personalities to shine through." (via Fleece On Earth)

Patemm Pads
10 people recommended this item
Description
A truly beautifully designed pad. Has pockets for just the changing neccesities. I am a little past this stage with my son, but I can see so many ways it would have been prefereable to that tiny pad that came with my diaper bag.
Although it is designed to be carried instead of a diaper bag I am guessing you can also put it into your diaper bag if you simply must hae both (that would be me).
Perfect for my little niece. :)

Baby-Gami
8 people recommended this item
Description
A fun and colorful book for baby folding. Even if you can't quite master the art of wrapping your baby (my son was houdini when it came to unwrapping himself), it will at least inspire you to go out and buy some amazingly colored baby blankets. I will definitely be wrapping my next child, if only to buy the blankets!
