Buy the DVD on www.mutinyontherings.com or in person at Santa Monica original muscle beach, south of the Santa Monica pier where ringmaster Bruno Angelico swings every Sunday (French guy in a beret). The DVD captures L.A.'s unique "subculture" of renegades at Venice Beach's traveling rings + allows ground-bound viewers to vicariously fly.

The movie by Roman Polanski was great, but the surREAL Chinatown in downtown L.A. is even better. Via Cafe = great ambience + food + view, especially during Chinese New Year. Bring cash.

Freestanding, lightweight, expandable "honeycomb" partition wall made of paper. Genius design, renewable materials... great for a person like me with a loft. Removes the notion of fixed, static living. Creates malleability of space.
