Baby Signing Time DVDs

Description
I have a 14 month old daughter and started showing her baby sign language when she was 9 months old after reading about how babies can use sign language to communicate before they can actually speak. The part of their brain that develops earlier controls motor skills and the speech part of the brain develops much later. My baby is less frustrated after learning over 12 signs so far from the two DVD set of Baby Signing Time.

Robeez baby shoes

Description
These soft leather shoes for babies are adorable and super comfy on baby's feet. While a little pricier than other baby shoes, they are incredibly well-made, durable, hold up to dirt and scuffing, and don't impede baby's walking and running. I ordered the brown shoes with the lion design for my daughter to go with her overall "safari" theme.

Description
My motherhood motto: Whatever works as long as it isn't bad for baby. My daughter is obsessed with these freeze dried apple crisps. They melt in your mouth and are naturally sweet - no sugar added. They come in convenient foil bags that are easy to take anywhere. A great no mess snack for anytime. And when baby is fussy, they work wonders at cheering her up.

With SPF 15, this is a light, sweet smelling facial moisturizer with antioxidants that protects the skin. It feels good, smells good, and I use it in the morning and night. I love the Origins products, and I am careful what I put on my skin, especially my face.

Avalon Organics Vitamin C Revitalizing Eye Cream

Description
I know you can't turn back time, but I find this eye cream to be quite good at making those little lines around my eyes less noticeable. It doesn't take much more than a little dab at the corners of each eye, and voila! The bottle is small, but it lasts quite a long time. I'd rather not spend an outrageous price for my eye cream, and am happy with the way this eye cream works and how affordable it is.

Description
There are no better chocolates in the world than Donnelly's. Hand made in Santa Cruz, California, these chocolates combine interesting and unexpected flavors with the luscious chocolate - like lavendar, jalapeno and Chinese Five Spice. I know it sounds strange, but you have to try them to appreciate the exquisite craftsmanship of this chocolatier.

Puffins Wheat Free Cereal

Description
After having my baby, I ended up with a full-blown wheat allergy so I'm doing everything I can to avoid wheat gluten. I'm also minimizing the wheat gluten baby is eating. This cereal serves double duty for both me and baby. Besides eating it in a bowl with milk, they make a tasty finger food for baby. I just throw a few handfuls in a Ziploc bag and voila! Instant, no muss snack.

I never thought I would get giddy over salad dressing, but this dressing is unbelievably good. Even my husband is obsessed with it. We can't have a salad at home without it. I even drive out of my way to the specialty health food store to get a large bottle of it so it lasts a little longer. This is hands down my most favorite condiment in the world.

Klean Kanteen :: 12 oz Stainless Steel Sippy Bottle
2 people recommended this item
Description
After reading about the dangers of plastics and even Nalgene, I learned from a good friend about stainless steel eco-friendly and safe water bottles and baby sippy cups. While a little heavier than the usual plastic sippy cup and without handles, my daughter can handle it quite nicely and has grown very fond of it in short order. I also bought water bottles with sports spout for me and my husband. (via Kate's Caring Gifts)
