I'm not sure if this is something everyone experiences or if it is just me, but my life comes complete with its very own soundtrack. There is always music playing in my head, when I want to think back to certain times in my life I can easily do so by thinking of the song that was playing at that time in my life.

Music in my head .... If that's the way it is, then thats the way it iiiiissss ....

This is one song I don't mind getting in my head, it is one of my favorites!

This song is great for warm-ups & col downs, stretching, yoga, and long distance running you know when you have beautiful scenery all around you and you just tune everything out and focus on the road in front of you.

Description

A killer album that has a lot of memories for me - The Middle, Sweetness, Hear You Me are all fantastic songs off of this album

I could rock out to Sweetness all day - this is definitely music that lives in my head

On the other hand, Hear You Me has a cathartic hold on me. I always think of my grandfather when I hear this song and wonder... what would he think of me now

Something about this song gets me going every time I hear it. It makes me just want to bob my head up and down and start jumping around. It also reminds me of that Cher song she put out years ago hmmm.....

Anyway, here's another song I don't mind playing in my head

This song is great for spinning classes and doing ab exercises or other repetitive floor work

Four years later and this is still one of my favorite songs. Everytime it comes on I crank up the volume and start singing my heart out. Yes this is one of those songs that embarrasses you one the highway.

Besides being and all around great song.... this song is fantastic to run to. When you need a little extra oomph... put this one on. I swear the last time I ran my PT test. I passed because of this song.
