Missouri vs. Oklahomma State
Updated Oct 11, 2008
Nowwadays Oklahoma State plays a distant second to the other in state program. But after a surprising 4-0 start, they are looking to make a name for themselves in the Big-12. The first test? The Missouri Tigers from the slightly weaker Big-12 North.
Red River Rivalry: Texas vs Oklahoma
Updated Oct 8, 2008
Over the years, some great players have played in this game. Roy Williams, Roy Williams (no relation), Tommie Harris, Adrian Peterson and Vince Young all come to mind. The winner of this is usually the eventual Big-12 South champion. Until the rest of the South division catches up, I don't foresee this changing any time soon. I am picking the Horns to win this one.
Missouri vs. Nebraska
Updated Oct 5, 2008
Missouri is on the rise in the Big 12. After getting screwed out of the Orange Bowl by the BCS, they are looking to get back there. Nebraska is trying to restore their once proud tradition. Now Nebraska has been beaten by Missouri in Lincoln. The question is, will this be the Tigers time, or will it be a case of the same old Tigers stepping up to get beat down by the Cornhuskers.
Rivalry of the week, FSU vs. Miami
Updated Sep 30, 2008
Legendary players have participated in this game. Sean Taylor, Deon Sanders, Micheal Irvin, Anquan Boldin, Willis McGaheee, Greg Jones, Vince WIlfork, Warren Sapp, Derrick Brooks...the list can and will go on and on. I think that Miami is on the way back up while FSU is on its way down or hovering at where they are at right now. Whatever the case, you know there will always be big time players in this game. And we all know that big time players make big time plays!
Monday Night Football Ravens vs. Steelers
Updated Sep 29, 2008
Ray Lewis and the Ravens are amazingly undefeated. When was the last time a team had a rookie quarterback as well as a rookie head coach. The Steelers are a team that flat out knows how to compete at a high level. That is why they won the Superbowl roughly 4 years ago. The game will go a long way in deciding conference supremacy.
