Description
This particular color (a light-to-medium rosy pink) is not super pigmented --it's on the sheer side and gives my medium-pigmented lips a subtle glaze of color unless I pile it on. This has a rounded tip applicator and the texture of the gloss is sticky, but not unbearable. Upon application it looks like a sheer berry/red with a shimmer that is gold and reddish burgundy. Olay Body Thermal Pedicure Foot Treatment, 4.9 fl oz

At the end of every winter my feet are always in the same state – definitely not sandal wearing ready. I was eager to try an at home treatment and have always had very good luck with Olay.
The scrub heats up quickly (feels nice!) and gives a has a nice grit to it without feeling painful. I concentrated it on my heels and the pads of my feet. I used it during every morning shower for a week straight to begin. I have to say I was very impressed with the texture and softness of my feet.
They also looked A LOT better. After the first week I switched to 3 x week and by the end of the second week my feet were, in fact, SANDAL READY. It’s a quicker and less intense pampered feeling than getting a pedicure in a salon, but this is an excellent alternative if you are low on time/money or just want to maintain your salon results in-between pedicures. Noxzema - Get the Glow

I loved the Continuous Clean Citrus Scrub, but the operative word is clean - in that it is a really good cleanser, but if you are looking for a really grainy scrub this is not it. I love the smell- a real bust of orange/tangerine fragrance that was great first things in the morning and after the gym, and it does a good job cleansing. It's not overdrying, and my face feels very clean. This didn't cause any kind of breakout or clogged pores either. This is perfect for those of you who have more delicate, sensitve skin and want a very mild scrub. The soft tube packaging is great for the shower as well. (via Noxzema)

Description
I was very excited to try this product after seeing the ads and commercials for the last few weeks. The models they use in many of the ads are Brazilian/Multi-ethnic and African-American, so I knew that the color range would at least cover most of the bases for women of color. I normally do not buy drugstore brand foundations (I'm a Mac and Sue Devitt fan), but I was willing to try it.
The first thing that I noticed was that the top of the foundation jar is a slightly darker color than what is actually inside. Therefore, the Cocoa, which I chose, looks much darker based on the cap, but is about 2 shades lighter when you open and see the product. The feel of it is dreamy! So light and airy- just like a mousse! It dries down instantly to a fine powder on the skin. It also seems to have "adjusting" color pigments in it, which create a flawless look. The coverage is light to medium, depending on how much product you use. The first few times I applied with my fingertips but I also tried applying with a sponge with also great results. I love Dove products ANYWAY and I have wanted to try these for a long time so this was a special treat. The consistency is very creamy and light. It was VERY gentle and my hair felt very moisturized afterward even before I used the conditioner. This is perfect for anyone that likes to have extra moisture but hates the weighed down feeling. After drying my hair felt light, airy and really soft. (via Dove)

"Everyone has seen the commercials for this product I am sure. If you have and you have not purchased this hot item you are missing out. Not only does it do everything it says on the bottle but it actually makes you feel good. It has beads in it that lightly exfoliate your face in the morning. The best part of the orange sent. It’s wonderful, my boyfriend uses mine a lot and he likes it. I recommend for anyone that has a pimple or two, it cleans them up in a couple of days."

This product glides on face like silk and gives an even naural glow. I have skin that can get very sallow looking and this works for me. Everyone noticed that I was "tan" and friends said I looked great and healthy.
The product has a really nice smell like many Dior products do. This product also didn't streak at all, and looks really natural. The tube is on the small size however, so take a few points off for that. It's only 1.8 oz. But this one gives the most natural golden brown glow so I will continue to use. My new "color" lasted quite a while as well! (via palacinka)

I've been in a bit of a lip gloss "slump" lately and needed to find something different with a healthy dose of color. This is it! Love it! It goes on very smooth, but does not feel too slippery. It seems like this is a more "grown-up" type of gloss in terms of application, feel and color palette. The color "Burning Up" is a nice coral-orange shade that doesn't scream bright clown orange. It is medium-sheer coverage and this particular shade has high shine with some golden shimmer (not glitter). The packaging is a tube with a sponge applicator and the applicator is nice-- very soft and spongy, with a groove in it which helps hold and apply the gloss. I think it delivers the right amount of gloss--not too much or too little.
The gloss feels moisturizing and lasts longer and gives better coverage than most, but it is not whisper-light. It goes on a lot sheerer than in the bottle, but it's still so pretty- it really brightened up my whole face and my girlfriends asked me almost every day what I was wearing! This is a great alternative to a red or a bronze/brown lipgloss and would work up best up to a Nia Long complexion with light/medium pigmented lips. (via Lancome)

Dove Nourishing Hand Wash

I have a baby, so as many of you can attest to, I am always washing my hands! This hand wash does have fairly strong scent (floral/fresh), but is rich and creamy and only a pump or two is all you need for a good cleansing. It left my hands nice and soft every time. I've tried many liquid soaps and cleansers, and this would be my favorite so far. This is the only hand soap I have tried where it actually feels like I have applied lotion after cleaning my hands! I have now stocked up both bathrooms and the kitchen with this these. Love it! (via dove)

Gillette Venus Vibrance Women's Razor with Soothing Vibrations

This is an amazing razor! And I never thought that there would be much difference between one razor and another...boy was I wrong! It gives a super-close shave on bikini and underarms. I love to use it with shave gel, followed by ingrown hair pads . My underarms even have a smooth and silky texture when I am all done! The razor itself is nicely ergonomic and I LOVE the vibrations, which are just enough to feel soothing but not so much as to be annoying or distracting while you are shaving. Just a light touch of the little silver button activates the vibration (you can also use it without turning the vibrations on). Cute packaging and I didn't ever cut myself either. When I was in a real rush, I was even able to use the razor with just moist skin and no shaving cream and I STILL got great results and very few, if any, razor bumps. This is now the ONLY razor I will use! (via palacinka)
