Yes, it's scary. But isn't that what Halloween is all about? Frightening people? This will certainly do the trick. Not a fan of the brown streaks (when did Hannah Montana ever have brown in her hair?), but I'm thinking of cutting them out for a more Lady Gaga feel.

Dead ringer (minus the tiers and large bow) for one Hannah wears when she's singing at Lily's Sweet Sixteen mega party...Yes, I saw the movie, don't hate.

There's one at H&M (that I own), in a darker red too for $24.50, that's a little closer if you wanna get the look.
