Just one more reason I love being a ThisNext Maven. I received my very own adorable cylinder of yummy goodness. I had planned to save these for eternity as I do with most things in cute packages.

Instead, I was in a inch and needed a cake for y husband's birthday. We mixed these up in record time and enjoyed them immensely! The kids had a great time decorating them and the dots were alot of fun for us.

If you plan on doing any baking or cooking with chocolate you have to have Valrhona stocked in your pantry. Valrhona is known as THE chocolate that professionals and chocolate-lovers use for the best chocolate recipes. I'm recommending this because it's 85% cocoa and is very bitter and sophisticated. I'm not a huge milk chocolate fan and when I use chocolate or feature this as the main ingredient I want something powerful that will be savoured and respected. Let's face it - Valentine's Day = Chocolate Day. If you're going to make something with chocolate for your sweetheart you should definitely invest in this.
