CHANEL Body Excellence Revitalizing Smoothing Scrub
First to recommend
Description
I love gentle yet effective scrubs, and CHANEL has another winnern on its hands with this formula. The grains are small but very effective at exfoliation and had a nice amount of slip to it. I didn’t experience any skin irritation and again, it left my skin extremely soft and supple after rinsing off. I found my self really looking forward to my showers using both this and the shower gel.
The packaging is similar to the body wash so it is easy to twist the top off and apply in the shower as well. The scrub also features that wonderful rose based fragrance (you don’t have to be a rose lover to love it since it is mild and mixed with some fresh/grassy elements). This is another wonderful treat from CHANEL! (via Palacinka)

CHANEL Precision Gentle Eye Make Up Remover--100ml/3.3oz

Description
If you thought that you could just use any cleanser to take off your eye makeup – read on, this is for you! I really love wearing eye makeup on a daily basis (eyeliner, mascara, eye shadow), and during the summer it's got to be waterproof products (which are notoriously hard to get off!). As a result, at night, there was always a "tug of war" I went through trying to get it all off. Then I got to try this product. The Chanel Precision Gentle Eye Make Up Remover is simply amazing. (You must remember to shake it well for a second or two, and then the magic begins). This liquid dissolved everything that I put on my eyes instantly and gently without any problems at all. I put a small amount on a cotton pad and didn't even need to rub my eye area – just a medium press on the eye and - poof! It was gone! (via Palacinka)

Chanel - Irreelle Blush - No. 20 Glamour
First to recommend
Description
I am admittedly a sucker for Chanel cosmetics, but I have mostly used the lip products, so when I had the opportunity to try one of their Irreelle blushes I was ecstatic! This is exactly what I would have thought a Chanel blush would be- a pinky-red blush with a bit of shimmer that will actually work with many different skin tones. On my skin it looked like a healthy flush of color -- a lovely “lit from within” effect. This is a pink, but it is amazing. Not a true pink -- almost a purply pink. But don’t worry! It is gorgeous and the shimmer is very subtle and flattering and adds a nice bit of dimension to the product.
It looks great with all types of eye looks (dark smoky, grey smoky I even tried it with a dramatic navy smoky eye at night and it was amazing! The staying power is fantastic as well. This is a little gem of a product. This will work best up to about a Gabrielle Union shade. A luxury that is worth every penny!
P.S. This also an amazing shower gift for your beauty loving girlfriends! I recently provided several of these for my good friend’s wedding shower and you should have seen how they swooned (via Palacinka)

CHANEL IRRÉELE BLUSH Silky Cheek Color in Mystery
First to recommend
Description
I’m very familiar with the CHANEL family of fragrances, but unbelievably, until now, I had never tried any of the cosmetics – I had always admired them from afar – the classy packaging and beautiful counter displays…Well, better late than never! I tried the Irreelle blush in Mystery, and it went on like a perfect sun kissed bronze. Mystery is such a beautiful complex color, it's almost like a custom blend of blush and bronzer- bronze with a tinge of red.
This blush is beautiful in the package -- rosy, pinky, bronzy and glittery.
This could very well be THE nicest blush I've every used. The texture and feel of the blush on my skin was like the finest silk. Mystery is a rosy bronze color on my skin (I get a bit more brown than pink) and absolutely gorgeous! It goes on light and is easily buildable while the color stays natural looking. Just gorgeous!
It is not glittery on the cheek. This will work best up to about a Kerry Washington complexion. If you are darker, it will make a nice highlighter on the top of the cheekbones. I felt this was great for me when I wanted definition without a lot of pink or red color. Plus it's just so beautiful in its container! I have officially succumbed to the world of Chanel Beaute! CHANEL Body Excellence Revitalizing Foaming Wash
First to recommend
Description
What a lush luxurious treat for the skin! Not only did it fill my bathroom with a lovely rose-infused essence, but the silky formula moisturized my skin very well! I love that the top is an easy twist top that allows for the bottle to be squeezed upside down in the shower (I also LOVE how these products look in my shower I must admit!). It foams when in contact with the water and it’s very concentrated so a little goes a long way! CHANEL has done an excellent job with this body line, which is a fantastic treat to give your self! Chanel ROUGE HYDRABASE Creme Lipstick in Red Dream
First to recommend
Description
This red is just what I've been looking for! New for fall 2006, Red Dream is a sparkly medium red that is blue based and works well with a yellow or yellow/orange undertone. The shimmer itself comes from what seems to be actual glitter, but not very gritty. What I really love is that it's not an overly bright red and it doesn't scream "here come my lips!"; it can easily be worn in daytime. It has good staying power. Note: Once it has worn off, you will have a faint layer micro glitter on your lips which is not unflattering, but should be pointed out. This is a great, easy-to-wear red that doesn't turn brown, pink or orange. This will be at the top of my makeup bag for a red! Everyday I've worn it I feel like my face just comes "alive". It's simply a beautiful, amazing colour! (via macys)

CHANEL Le Vernis Nail Color in Orange Blossom
First to recommend
Description
This color is so gorgeous and happy! I now have a tan and it really brings out my skin tone very nicely.
What I love about this (aside from it being a CHANEL nail polish which is always the height of nail luxury for me!) is that it isn't too bright and there is just enough color to be really attractive. The polish lasts for ages and is super shiny to boot.
It's a creamy, orange-peach with a slight coral tone and a tad bit of shimmer that is really only noticeable in the bottle. I love orange/coral/peachy pink shades! It applies evenly and smoothly, with the very high quality that you'd expect from CHANEL. In general I love Chanel nail lacquers for their great shades and overall quality - product, packaging, etc. Orange Blossom is fabulous on tanned toes and would look great up to a Gabrielle Union shade! CHANEL SUBLIMAGE ESSENTIAL REGENERATING CREAM 1.7 oz.
First to recommend
Description
I consider it to be one of the nicest, smoothest feeling and most hydrating creams on the market - great for mature, dry skin like mine – it definitely gives me a radiant look! It works extremely well under my makeup (giving me a smooth, glowing finish each morning) and it's great for all night hydration. After just a few days, the creases in my forehead smoothed out.
Great fragrance- floral and fresh at the same time. When I would massage the cream in each day my skin just drank this formula up! After the final result with foundation I was amazed at how beautiful; my skin looked. As with all of Chanel, there is a luxury price tag, but I am one willing to pay for such a beautiful product!!!
The key to this product however, is to use only very, very little (pea sized!). As a matter of fact I started out using a little more than that and I actually saw the amazing things happen when I went down to the pea size.
Many people I work with started asking me what I was doing differently with my skin (or makeup!) during my use. My skin was just so radiant and smooth. Packaging? Again, beautiful, big and bold and I love it. Can’t wait to try Sublimage Eye! (via palacinka)

CHANEL CRÈME GLOSS LUMIÈRE in Petit Four
First to recommend
Description
This little lip color pen really does have it all -- it's a gorgeous, neutral pink with a hint of peach, milky and pigmented but very wearable. Petit Four is a pink leaning toward rose with a teensy bit of peach--no shimmer, no drama, but lovely. The texture is wonderful, it lasts amazingly long and it's pigmented, which was great when I was looking for a moisturizing lip color that I could actually see, and not just over lip liner. I can actually wear this without lip liner and it's very well defined.
For those of you who may not be the biggest fans of the twist and polish lip pens (sometimes getting the exact amount of clicks to dispense the perfect amount of lip color can be a challenge), this CHANEL version the best of I've tried. This lip pen is also a real hybrid of creamy lipstick/gloss formula which was just faintly sticky, and had very comfortable wear (4+ hours) and great balance of subdued shine and full pigment.
I've received several compliments since wearing this shade. This is simply a beautiful product to treat yourself to. This color will work best up to a Queen Latifiah shade. (via Palacinka)

Chanel Blue Satin Nailpolish

Description
I was so excited to try this new CHANEL nail color! I love experimenting with darker shades, and this was right up my ally.
Just one coat of CHANEL Blue Satin gave me a metallic navy blue – which was actually very nice and I did wear the color that way on occasion. Two coats created a deep indigo with a very slight amount of shimmer, which I really loved (the shimmer isn't as noticeable on the nail as it is in the bottle). It’s a fun-yet-sophisticated and a little offbeat look.
Note: Another fantastic combination is one coat of CHANEL’s Blue Satin with One coat of CHANEL Azur's (review coming soon) twinkly sky blue on top. The iridescent sparkle brings out the best in Blue Satin. The Azur color added much more shimmer for a different look and made the blue satin look more blue instead of a dark indigo/almost black shade. I received many compliments on this combination!
The texture of CHANEL polishes are thicker than most, the application was amazing and the staying power is incredible. It covers almost completely in one coat. It's also unbelievably glossy, which I love.
This will give a dramatic look to fair skins and will really complement darker brown skin tones for a sexy and sophisticated look (via Palacinka)
