Lace Ribbon Stand Collar Blouse
First to recommend
Description
This is the long sleeved version of my favorite short sleeve lolita blouse. It's understated lolita which allows my jsk, skirt or whatever I'm wearing to shine in the overall outfit. Plus, it has pintucks. I think pintucks might be my new favorite lolita style element (don't worry, I still love you ruffles).

Organic - High-Waist Skirt

Description
I must have a high waist, because high waisted stuf always fits me so well. As such, I always keep my eye out for nice high waisted skirts (high waisted pants wil never be seen on me again after my diasterous middle school). This khaki colored organic high waist skirt looks like it could work on a casual friday in the office or equally well on a weekend about town dressed down.

Avalon Suit

Description
One of the problems with women's suits in the stores these days is that they are so short (blame: Ally McBeal). This suit by Ann Taylor is long enough that it's polite and yet still is kind of fun. Maybe a casual friday suit? Or at least, that's what I'm seeing.

MP Harlequin Checkered Patterned Tights

Description
Patterned tights make my world just a little bit happier. Basic black tights are just that...basic. I want fun, I want dimension, I want interesting. But I still need them to not be the focus of the outfit. Enter the patterned tights.

Restricted Tuxedo

Description
Spectator shoes and I get a along wonderful. I love the contrasting colors and the cutouts while the spectator shoes love getting picked first out of the closet every time--they only have to fight amongst the other spectator shoes to get picked first. Considering how much I adore black and grey and considering that flats and I always get a long, these shoes are a sure bet.

Arturo Chiang Marcia Spectators

Description
These shiny shiny patent spectators are spectacular! I love the little bow, the contrasting black and grey and the lowish heel (hey 2 inches means they can go everywhere!). They look like they'd look great with pants or with a skirt, a fall staple perhaps?

Corso Como Violet Oxfords

Description
This shoe comes in three colors, brown, black and my personal favorite...mustard yellow! It's not that I don't like the black and brown versions, it's just that if I'm wearing a funky shoe I want it to be funky and I want to revile in the fun of a bright yellow peep toe heeled oxford. It's perfect for fall.

Belle by Sigerson Morrison Black Heels
First to recommend
Description
I know these shoes look basic. But I like the little touch of suede here and the little design on the toe there and it's just perfect. It's a good work shoe (low heel means you can wear it all day) and it's going to work well with any of my numerous black suits. Or, if you prefer to be a bit more daring they have them in blue suede too!

3.1 Phillip Lim High-Waist Pencil Skirt
First to recommend
Description
When I saw that pencil skirts were coming back in, I was SO happy. I LOVE pencil skirts...in fact I think I could wear them every day and be happy. I adore this gray pencil skirt from the 3.1 Phillip Lim collection. It's in a nice grey and accented with a fun little black belt. Fantastic!

Milly Lily Basket Weave Pencil Skirt
First to recommend
Description
This black pencil skirt is made just a bit more awesome by the kick pleats in the back. I love the slight flare it has and I adore the trim (it looks like an ivory and black striped ribbon). It's a pencil skirt that will be wonderful for fall but also good in all seasons.
