Williams-Sonoma torch

Description
I know what you think. A torch, i'll only use it once or twice a year to caramelise my 'cremes brulées', but i must stop you right now.
This professional torch will help you get a lovely coloured italian meringue (yes like the one you saw on Milk and Cookies - http://ilovemilkandcookies.blogspot.com/2006/10/i-scream-cupcakes.html) or even the nicely caramelised pears (like Keiko's - http://nordljus.co.uk/en/index.php?showimage=95).

Maldon Sea Salt
8 people recommended this item
Description
This is one of myfavourite salt along with the french fleur de sel.
It's not too strong - so you don't have to be scared about adding too much - and has a lovely sea breeze hint.
I love to use it as a crust to roast chickens = crispy skin + tender and juicy meat.

Le Creuset range in Kiwi-colour

Description
It's accurate that Le Creuset is a leading brand in the baking/cooking realm. But did you know it could also be good looking?
To be frank i hate those orange dishes. Definitely not my type.
But now Le Creuset is innovating - blue first, then white, then lots of colours.
And the NEW IT colour is Kiwi and i think it looks good.
