Just to let you guys in on a little secret . . . Summer is my least favorite season. I know, I know. There are probably some people who think I'm nuts, but it's true. The sun scares me and my body can't take the heat. So these are my essentials to help me "weather" the season.

Umbrellas a must for me. I always have one in my purse (hence why I always carry a huge purse).

i really liked it alot.. i HATE drinking water, but try really hard to get my 8 glasses in a day.. i usually have to make it really cold and add some sort of flavor packet, but i saw the smartwater on sale today so i grabbed a bottle and i have downed all 33.8 oz like it was nothing, even at room temperature.. it really tastes good.. no lie!

I have lived by Solarcaine ever since I was in my early teens. I remember the first time I got sun poisoning. I thought I was truly going to DIE. I lied in bed for a week sleeping on and off with my body soaked in this stuff.

It's a must have . . . just in case.

I am NO sun goddess. I wear an SPF 30 almost all year round, however up the the SPF factor in the summer.
I slather this stuff on if I have to be out and about.
