I just bought my first pair of MBTs. And they rock...literally! These shoes "engage your core muscles" by forcing you to roll your foot with each step. I've owned them 4 hours now and haven't taken them off (bought them from www.blissspa.com on sale). I expect to wake up 5 pounds lighter. Ok - that may be a little lofty a goal, but I am expecting them to shape up to shape me up. Will have to get back to you on that. Regardless, if you want to try them out, now is the time since they don't cheap and they're now on sale! (via blissspa.com)

I must admit that working out and going to the gym are not on my lists of fun. While I realize the importance of exercising, I'm always trying to find the easy way out, so once I saw the FitFlop by WalkStar, I knew I had to give them a try. I'm just starting to use them- and I feel confident I'll see results soon- but in the meantime, I can say that they are comfortable and the navy is easy to wear with everything!

I love this darling baby shoe by PediPeds! It's perfect for summertime and reminds me of the classic shoes my mom dressed me in. I just gave it as a present for a baby shower- and I must say, it was a success! Sometimes nothing beats a traditional gift.
