Blythe Dolls - a list by naile

About this list:
It seems like Blythe Dolls snuck up on 2008/2009 and I can see why. They're unrealistically cute and very customizable. This list is full of my favorite Blythe dolls, and those stupidly tiny intricate outfits that go with them.

Description
This is very Gwen Stefani. The blue and white collared dress is made complete with a black and white apron and matching tights. A tiny bunny applique is secured to the bust with a little black bow tie. This is an adorable outfit.

Description
This Blythe doll is seriously adorable. She comes with a beautiful little can can dress, boots, and cat ears. Her florescent blue hair shows up so well on her pale skin, someone sure put a lot of work into this one! So sweet!

Blythe Doll Accessories - Darted Dress
First to recommend
Description
This handmade dress is adorable. Two chocolate brown ribbons sit on top of a green and blue spring background. The creator even added little bust darts to make it more flattering. There's even a bit of lace around the sleeves. So sweet.

Blythe Doll Accessories - Handmade Little Black Dress

Description
This little (extra little, I guess) black dress is handmade for a Blythe doll. It's very simple at first glance, but close up there is bead work around the neck line and the hem. Cute.

Blythe - Marigold

Description
Okay this is really adorable. For about $700.00, you can take this Marigold Neo Blythe Doll home. She's wearing brown eye shadow, pink lip tint, and an orange blush to compliment her "vivid yellow" hair and very mod outfit. I've seen a few dolls that have been altered, but this is ridiculous. So, so cute.

I've been giggling for the last twenty minutes at this. These are the tiniest Doc Martins in the world, made with your own personal punk a** Blythe Doll in mind. Perfectly good condition and made in Hong Kong.

Blythe - Aztec

Description
Regardless of why I want a Blythe doll (because honestly, I don't even know), I think this one is the cutest that I've seen. She's wearing a top, pants, and a furry sherpa looking vest, complete with polka dotted panties and the tiniest white shoes that I have ever seen. Long red hair with a smart 50's fringe tops it off.
For anyone who doesn't know of them, Blythe dolls were briefly introduced in '72, but I guess they didn't do that well. On many, there is a button somewhere that changed the color of the eyes, which is very cute. I believe people buy them now to customize them, styling their hair and making ungodly small couture looking outfits. Either way, I think she needs to come home with me.
