HOLLY AIKEN BAGS
2 people recommended this item
Description
I discovered Holly Aiken's line of all-vinyl bags last month, when my three-year-old threw up in my handbag.
Yes. Vomited. In my handbag. At a restaurant. Ain't motherhood grand?
Looking for a bag that was both chic and durable wasn't a simple task. But this designer's wares are exactly that.
Made of tough webbing and vinyl inside and out, my new tote can be turned inside out and hosed down the next time my daughter decides to hurl in my purse.
Another plus is that Aiken's products are made entirely in the US, and by purchasing them you support a woman-owned small business.
What else could a mom ask for?
Trust me, you'll want to buy the wallet, too. (via Canape)

The only thing I like better than coffee is a good coffee mug. I still have the one I used to pull all-nighters in college. Thes are ample but not too big, and they fit just right in your hand. Plus, they stack to save space. Get a monochromatic set or buy one of every color.

Got kids? Got kids in school? Get this. I've had one for years and I've even used it to bring treats to work and to parties - 'cause I'm cool like that. You'll wonder how you lived without it.

Oprah's personal chef and her favorite cooks use this mixer and you should too. It is the BEST and it comes in a variety of colors. Red will make the perfect Christmas present and red is always chic and in style ( I would probably go for pink).

Ever eaten in a truck stop on Christmas day? Well, I have. Yes, it sucked. And thank God I had these with me. These disposable placemats are THE. BEST. INVENTION. EVER.
Put them in the wish-I'd-thought-of-it-first catagory of greatness. They protect the wee ones from dirt and germs (truck stop, need I say more?) and then you just pull 'em up, wrap the garbage in 'em, and toss. I keep one or two in my diaper bag AT ALL TIMES.

I had the 2001 version of this cofeemaker and it just died on me this week. That's five years worth of outstanding coffee. I went out that day and bought this one, circa 2006. It is even better than the original - easier to use and, better yet, easier to clean.
I think I may have to add a cup of coffee to my afternoon routine now!

Kiddy Guard

Description
Our new house is like so many others built recently - the stairs are impossible to gate. The banisters are narrow and tne opening is too wide.
When we moved from our 1909 Colonial (with normal doors) to a modern house, we were stumped. Than along came Kiddy Guard. Viola! Instant gate. One very nice perk of using this gate is that you can keep it open when baby is asleep and close it like a window shade when they get up.
I give these FOUR STARS for safety and ease of use.

These are so great. No more sippy cups rolling around on the floor of the car. Leave these in your diaper bag and you never have to worry about forgetting the sippy cup again. Make traveling light a lot easier. And dude, 1,400 miles over Christmas alone. No, I am not kidding. Yes, I am crazy.
