I first spotted Ohmelisa's scrap fabric garland at the Handmade Arcade craft fair in Pittsburgh (2007). I was going for a more handmade craft look to our Christmas tree this year and it fit perfectly, obviously. I scooped one up at the fair and bought a second one via Etsy. Well worth it as the tree looked AMAZING!

Description

Very sweet scandinavian, very affordable Christmas tree skirt. I purchased the the more floral black version, but I had an extremely hard time choosing between the white or black. In the end, I went for the one that would show less dirt. But I still pine for the white. Thanks Martha!

Description

The Swedes deliver their special brand of whimsy again with this simple, paper-cut star lantern. I purchased one from Urban Outfitters on sale ($5) last weekend and it's hanging like a solitary Christmas Star in our living room window. I really love the lighting effect that the delicate, cut-out design makes.

Kind of creepy, kind of cool -- This candelabra, by the much celebrated Tord Boontje of the recent Target-decor-fame, topped with white or silver candles, makes a fantastically whimsical and dazzling centerpiece on the Christmas table. I was lucky enough to score one and I love it!

The quality of the Moo cards are AMAZING! I think a great use for these are to print photos of your loved ones and holiday images easily from your Flickr account, laminate (or not), punch a hole and string a ribbon through each to be used as home-made Christmas Tree ornaments. You can even use them as gift labels. Personal, reusable and oh so crafty!
