Acacia Wood Twist Stool
First to recommend
Description
Hand-carved and completely eco-friendly is this Twist Stool, made from the thick branches of the quick-growing Acacia tree in Thailand - where each branch is cut and carved to order (allowing the tree to continue growing). The wood is kiln dried, carved and sanded by local skilled Thai artisans, creating a beautiful, sturdy and sustainable place to sit. As this is a natural product, the color and grain of your stool will be completely unique, and may include small checks or cracks that occur when the wood is dried. Your stool will truly be one of a kind, and is sure to add weathered charm to any room of the house. Use it as guest seating, a side table, window seat - the possibilities are endless, and in this case, natural!

KOR ONE Water Bottle - Sunrise Orange

2 people recommended this item
Description
Sales benefit The Container Recycling Institute
In 2006, 215 billion plastic, glass and aluminum beverage bottles and cans were sold in the U.S. - 66% were not recycled. That means that over 140 billion beverage containers ended up in landfill, oceans, rivers, or simply on the side of the road.
A Striking Profile
Inspired by the organic beauty of blown glass, the ONE's elliptical shape embodies balance and flow, while the body sparkles with the clarity and emotional resonance of crystal.
Easy, Ergonomic
The ONE’s “no-worry cap” swivels open with a press of a button and a twist of the wrist revealing a mouth wide enough for a quenching flow, but designed to minimize splashing. An integrated handle allows for easy, comfortable carrying.
Materials Matter
You wouldn’t drink contaminated water. Why put good water into a contaminated bottle? The KOR ONE is made from Eastman Tritan™, which is free of bisphenol-A (BPA), a leaching toxin found in polycarbonate bottles.
Own Your Stone
The KOR ONE is more than just a water bottle. It’s a reminder of what motivates you. Designed into the cap of every ONE is a place for an optional KOR Stone™ – a small, disc-shaped token with a message that only you can see when drinking. Call it a motivator, a goal, a keystone – it’s your Stone.

Olive Rectangular Glass Earrings
First to recommend
Description
Beautiful and unusual deep olive colored glass from late 1800's soda bottles. Now reclaimed from old glass dumps in wooded habitats and rural farmlands in an effort to help the environment and wildlife, they are remade in these lovely glass earrings of the most striking color! The glass measures 1/4" in width x 1" in length. Total hang length including the wires is approx 1 1/2". Due to the handmade nature of the product and antique glass, expect variations in waves, hues, and bubbles. After being hand cut and carefully smoothed, the glass is hand drilled and given a wrap of pure sterling and hangs from sterling French wires. Each piece of Bottled Up Designs comes with the "Story of the Glass" detailing what the glass was originally and the age of the piece, for a unique way to preserve the history of the glass while helping the environment.
