USDA Certified Organic Macadamia Nut Oil
First to recommend
Description
I looove this mac nut oil! I use for everything including marinades, baking, etc. This oil has a high-head threshold unlike olive, flax or fish oils (also highly beneficial). I replace any recipe that calls for canola oil with this and it's great to saute with! (Stir fry anyone?) Mac Nut oil seems very hard to find in store and even more difficult to find organic. I buy mine online from Jungle Products Inc.
P.S. The "Fat Free" craze is a crock people :) Love your fats...but only the good ones...and say goodbye to trans-fat and partially hydrogenated (bad fat! bad fat!).

Good Mood Essential Oil blend by Primavera
First to recommend
Description
In terms of essential oil, German company Primavera is one of the very BEST in terms of quality & standards. They source their oils all over the world & maintain strict standards to ensure herbs are organic and/or biodynamically grown. This is amazingly fragrant, fruity & exotic and does wonders for your mood, if you're having an off or blue day or you just want to freshen up the house a bit before company arrives! I burn this is my Aromatherapy diffuser when I need a boost or I'm stressed....smells of cheery citrus with notes of Orange, Lime & Osmanthus. Difuse this at home, at work or in the car to uplift & make you breathe a little easier.

Primavera AromaStream Electric Diffuser
First to recommend
Description
For the most part, I have this cool little device running all day long when I'm in the office (sits right on my desk). It's about 8 inches tall and disperses essential oils without the use of heat, but rather by fan and with the right essential oil sprinkled on the cartridge, it will make your whole room smell delicious. You'll feel a cool & quiet breeze when it's on. Received this as a birthday gift and I love it. I diffuse some of my favorite Oshadi and Primavera (organic) essential oils in it and I'll be sad when it stops working (but I'll just go buy another...cause that's how much I adore this little guy!).

Oshadhi is the other of my favorite companies who makes organic & biodynamic essential oils and this is one of my FAVORITE blends! Good if you need to mellow out at the end of a long hard day. Warming, calming & uplifting are what come to mind to describe this fabulous oil that contains a synergy of Ylang Ylang, Roman Chamomile, Highland Lavender & Mandarin. Deep breath....
Use for massage (in a base oil), in a diffuser or in the bath!

Charlie's Soap - Laundry Powder
9 people recommended this item
Description
This is a great non-toxic and completely biodegradable laundry soap. Works just as well as any conventional brand, yet it's super cost effective because you'll get 80 loads out of this little bag. There have been many tests to prove that this will leave no residue in clothing....you'll just be left with fresh, clean clothes....and you can clean much more than the laundry with this...use it to clean the bathroom, the kitchen sink...use your imagination! This is what I'm using right now & I'm very pleased with it :) (via Charlie's Soap)

Sweet Earth Organic Chocolates
First to recommend
Description
Sweet Earth is one of those companies who is doing it right. They are concerned about the welfare of cocoa farmers on Africa's Ivory Coast because big biz chocolate giants aren't taking care of them, in fact, they're taking advantage of them and they are struggling to feed their families. They provide themselves on producing wonderful hand-crafted certified fair-trade, organic chocolates treats. Their 65% chocolate was awarded in a San Francisco Chronicle blind taste test. Delish!

Suzanne aux Bains Relaxing Organic Body/Massage Oil
First to recommend
Description
I adore, cherish, love this Body Oil!!! From France and Certified organic by EcoCert, it's packed full of organic ingredients & smells DIVINE....trust me on this one! I wore it to a wedding and my dear friend leaned over to hug me and said "what are you wearing??" When I told her, she said "I have to get that!". I don't wear perfume so body oil is the closest thing I come to "wearing" a scent. This is definitely not too strong or overpowering...a very subtle scent with jasmine, mandarin, ylang ylang, chamomile and lavender essential oils in a base of organic Apricot, Sesame and Jojoba oils. Treat yourself...you deserve it! (via Saffron Rouge)
