It's never to early to introduce your baby to brilliant mid-century modern typography and design!

This set of Alphabet blocks featuring the fonts and designs of Alexander Girard has a puzzle on one side and a different version of the sun he designed for the restaurant Fonda del Sol on another. The rest are filled with letters and other highlights from his work. It is pricey at $85, but it is also probably one of the few sets of today that might bring some bucks on Antiques Roadshow in 100 years. Girard was the textile designer for Herman Miller, and is known for his love of the vibrant hues reflected by these blocks.
