If you don't have a pair of suede flat boots for winter, I highly suggest you invest in a pair. I have a pair of slouchy black boots that I wore constantly last winter, and they were perfect for work, going out, just about anything I needed them for. These are more trendy, with no slouch and the pull tabs on the sides. But they are fabulous AND comfortable - two things that don't often come together.

I'm not going to lie - I love platform pumps and hope that they hang around the style arena for a long time. And I like Steve Madden because his shoes more often than not fit my feet. And a pair of classic black pumps? A must have.

Franco Sarto 'Extreme' Bootie

Oh, I LOVE Franco Sarto boots. I mean, I have a serious obsession for them after purchasing my first pair last year at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale. Those boots get me compliments every time I put them on my feet. These are just as fantastic, and may very well end up in my closet, even though a girl doesn't really need more than two pairs of gray boots. I may make an exception.
