Okay, I'll admit it. I was the kid who ate most of her Pez before she even got all of them into the dispenser. Which may explain why my son recently raided my sister's prized collection of Pez for any and all available leftovers (incredibly stale though they were.) Although I would be tempted to eat this necklace, it's just such a cute accessory . . . especially for someone with a serious case of Seventies nostalgia.

Tarma (which is actually the name of a quaint little town in Peru) creates jewelry for everyday as well as active wear. They also have a line of dressier jewelry that draws its inspiration from the Peruvian culture. The website is an education in and of itself and the founders are real people with real values. John Wind is the visionary behind the Maximal Art line of jewelry and home decor. His artisans craft his vintage-inspired pieces in a studio just outside of Philadelphia. Although my first love was a necklace with an old key and a silhouette of a flying witch, I have since fallen in love with the "Paris in the Spring" collection.
