John Wind is the visionary behind the Maximal Art line of jewelry and home decor. His artisans craft his vintage-inspired pieces in a studio just outside of Philadelphia. Although my first love was a necklace with an old key and a silhouette of a flying witch, I have since fallen in love with the "Paris in the Spring" collection. But, then again, I haven't seen the Valentine's Day collection as yet. Oh, and the packaging are as cleverly conceived as the jewelry. (via John Wind)

I hate walking out of my house during the winter months without my Bean boots on. Nothing else keeps my feet as warm and dry, or as sure-footed as these boots make me feel. Even if you cannot afford the trip, feel like you have been a part of the festivities by treating yourself to one of the interesting items available in their online store.
