Description

Although I do not own an Arc Trainer myself, I do use them frequently at my gym. I recommend this machine because it provides a comfortable workout with many options. It has 11 incline and 101 resistance levels for a well rounded adjustable workout. I tend to burn optimal calories on the arc trainer with less effort. This machine seems to be lower impact than other machines and easy on the knees.

I use this mat for everything including yoga, Pilates, stretching, crunches, etc. The mat has a perfect thickness making it comfortable on my bones in otherwise uncomfortable poses. I use it anywhere because it’s thick enough for hard floors, carpet or the earth. I’ve owned this mat for nearly a year and have yet to notice signs of wear and tear.

The Anti-burst Balance Ball is perfect for doing crunches. I think it’s great that they offer three sizes for different size people. I’m petite so the 55cm ball is perfect for me. I think the ball provides great range for my abdominals and has helped me to tone up.

I’ve always been a fan of New Balance sneakers because they are super durable and comfortable. My old pair lasted me two years and I can still wear them. I loved my last running sneakers so much that I had to stick with new balance when I decided to buy a new pair. I walked into the store and instantly received great customer service. The salesman helped me choose the perfect pair and they’ve proved to be just that. I love these sneakers even more than my last pair. They provide excellent support and comfort while running. The special shoe laces never come untied and my feet never get sweaty.
