Tim says a fitted blazer is a necessity, as it should be! You shoul dbe able to go to your closet and put together a suit for an interview and make your skirt a bit more professional with a blazer. Now I don't like blazers, but I do agree that they allow for a very pulled together look if you have to wear this sort of thing to work. I like this one because it's affordable (for something you will have forever) and it made of a wool/spandex blend which makes it comfortable. The two button style is a lot less stuffy than any three or four button one and will give you a waist where needed.

My favorite part about Habitual jeans are the pockets. They are detailed, but not so much that they draw too much attention to your backside, unless it's wanted ofcourse, ha! Anyways, Habitual jeans are cut for most women, IMHO, and the boot cut is perfect for most. Again, another dark wash that flatters; Tim Gunn approved.

I loved the skirt to this jacket, but LOVE the jacket that much more!!! The brass button detail, the chains on the hem, sleeve and shoulders and the slight box silhouette are remarkably chic!!! I wouldn't wear the pieces together, because that's too stuffy, but this jacket begs to be worn with some dark wash jeans and fabulous heels! Thanks Marc for a blazer I'd actually like to wear!
