OK I'll admit it, I have a foot fettish. I love everything about the foot from the captain toe all the way to the little bitty baby toe, from the high arch to the low, and the many beautiful heals I've seen. So, naturally when they came out with these toe socks I bought a good share of them. And, perhaps the best thing about these sock is that I can run blister free for as long as I can. I won the Tuscon Marathon in record time. Since then, marathons are just as important to me and just as important is the right schedule, training regimend. This schedule helps particularly those prone to injury (after several 100+ miles/week I am an accident waiting to happen) as it helps you train just the right amount and in such a wasy as not to get injured.
