If my memory serves me right, there are less than 10 shoes that left my mouth open when I first saw them. And that shock and awe response is not necessarily a good thing! I'm adding this fashion forward, edgy, modern, hot and fierce pump by Barbara Bui. I love the irony, the detailing is so impeccable but you can barely notice that because the color of this pump is black. The red stitching detail is simply luxurious! I had the pleasure of meeting Ruthie Davis during the WSA show in Las Vegas earlier this year. She is beyond nice. She is sweet, funny and very insightful on her designs. Her shoes are unique and fresh. This peep toe pump was made famous by Alicia Keys, a fan and personal friend of Ruthie. I like the intrigue it evokes. I'm so glad to see Prada depart from last season's 'organic' designs. This sequin pump became a shoe lover and shoe collector's choice.
