BodyGlide Anti-Chafing Stick
2 people recommended this item
Description
I never knew there was such a problem while running until I started doing endurance long runs. Chafe?!?! You'll chafe in places where you'd never imagine. TMI, I know... but as a guy, if you're a fan of The Office, Jim had his nipples bleed. That's because the texture of your shirt moving up and down while running will make them sensitive. Also, it's great for preventing blisters, chafing from your shirt, or fuel belt. So.... for preventive action, use this!

Description
Are we allowed to recommend drugs on here? Anyway, this is great to bring down the swelling and pain after a long run. Just don't take more than the recommended amount.

WrightSock Double Layer Coolmesh Quarter Sock
First to recommend
Description
You need socks that breathe. No cotton. I like this anklet cut because it prevents the edge of my shoe from rubbing against my ankle. The Dri-WRIGHT. multi-channeled yarns wick moisture away from the foot, allowing the moisture to spread out over the channels giving it a larger area from which to evaporate. Giving you a blister-free run.

Ultra Thin Pedometer

Description
I've got to tell you this might be one of the greatest fitness gadgets around. We can all admit we need to do a little more walking each day {roughly 10K steps per day} I know I am far under that milestone. This gadget is so small you can carry it anywhere and track all of your steps -- not just steps taken during exercise.
