Return to Oz, Nicol Williamson, DVD - Barnes & Noble

Description
Even though I watched this movie as a kid - Return to Oz may be a bit too scary for young children. I consider this as a Halloween version of "The Wizard of the Oz."
This story is about Dorothy not able to sleep well after her return to Kansas from Oz, and kept talking about the places and people she met at the Oz. Her mother worries about her mental health, so she took her to see a psychiatrist. Somehow, Dorothy woke up being back in the Land of Oz and noticed that everything has changed in a worse way.

Description
Interview with the Vampire is a film based on the novel "Interview with the Vampire" by Anne Rice. Another must-see vampire flick to watch especially around Halloween time. You will see familiar faces starring in this film: Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise, Antonio Banderas, Christian Slater, and Kristen Dunst.
Louis (Brad Pitt) doesn't like being a vampire. He tries to tell the reporter (Christian Slater) that he is a 200-year-old vampire but the reporter doesn't seem to believe him.

I'm a sucker for stop-motion animated films. This would be a great Halloween movie to watch with your family. Wallace & Gromit are trying to capture rabbits from eating their vegetable garden...until there came a were-rabbit.

7 people recommended this item
Description
A modern day fairy tale which tells the story of Edward (Johnny Depp), the man created by an inventor, who died before finishing him and left Edward with scissors where he should have hands. One day when the local "Avon" representative calls at the historic mansion where Edward has been living alone, she takes him home to stay with her family. He has to adapt to the new life and environment that he isn't used to. Soon he shows a talent in cutting hair and hedges, and wins every body's heart. But life isn't always so sweet...
A nearly impossible feat of capturing the flavor of a fairy tale in a live-action movie, a visual spectacle with elements of fantasy makes this movie a must.

Bram Stoker's Dracula / Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, DVD

Description
Both films, Dracula (1992) and Frankenstein (1994), would make great Halloween movies. Even though Halloween was here a week ago, I would still watch Halloween movies a bit longer.
