Description

This is a truly great piece of design; this has nothing to do with styling. Rather than remaking stereotypical leg prosthesis, this piece is inspired by Cheetah legs. Result is that stigmatizing of the user is abolished completely and a new typology is created.
The longer you look at these the more sense they make and more logic they are.

Description

A direct translation of a dress worn by a virtual character in a computer game. From this translation one can read the clothing was never meant to become a direct reality to be worn. If only designers didn’t think about reality of production and archetypes for a while, we could see something truly innovative.

Description

For the Habitat collection, Manolo Blahnik designed a highly polished shoehorn. The shoehorn obviously needs to resemble a shoe. I find it more beautiful to read this object as a mutated shoe rather than a stylized accessory.

These gloves are made out of leather by hand. The wrist-part works like a hinge. The two parts work independently; this is caused by the way the wrist part has been sewn.
