Description

Finding Nemo is the funniest Disney movie ever made! Dori is so fun and quirky. Honestly, I never felt so strongly about an animated movie as I do Finding Nemo.

After Nemo gets trapped by fisherman, his dad sets out on an adventure to track him down. Along the journey, he meets Dori, a sweet but forgetful girl who is absolutely amazing. They encounter the good and the bad while they search for Nemo.

... I did see it three times in theater. So, I'm obviously going to buy this. I'm opting for the two-disc special with the digital copy though. Why? Because I'm dorky enough to really love spacial features and the digital copy will allow me to watch it tonight -- hip hip hooray!

Description

A classic love story about a boy and his blow up doll. THis is one of those films that went under the radar but was really a sweet and intelligent story. Great performances too! A must see if you haven't seen it already.

The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou (The Criterion Collection)

Description

The 4th film by Wes Anderson. I'll be honest, it's certainly not my favorite. However, it might be the most interesting/ ridiculous. Certainly worth checking out and definitely worth owning the criterion collection if you're an Anderson fan.

Stranger Than Fiction

quirky, thought provoking, funny, great movie. I'm not a big Will Ferrell fan, so i was skeptical of his foray into a different kind of movie genre. This isn't slapstick or his usual physical comedy - instead it really delivers great characters and a compelling story. I can guarantee you haven't ever seen anything exactly like this before!

There's little to no doubt that Woody Allen is one of my favorite writer/ directors ever. Perhaps the most amazing thing is that he still manages to put out quite spectacular films. In fact, this one might be in my top 5 favorites of his.

It's hard to describe the dry wit and emotional connection of a Woody Allen film, but if you like it, you'll love this one.
