Urban Decay Primer Potion: Concealer/Shadow Base

22 people recommended this item

Description

After going a year or so without any eyeshadow primer, this is simply a miracle for me. I've never had my eyeshadow look just as perfect at the end of the day as it did when I finished it... and I am psyched! It even keeps cheap drugstore quality eyeshadow looking its best, and that makes me one very happy girl.

Sephora: Bare Escentuals bareVitamins Prime Time: Primer

Description

So I've never used a foundation primer before, mostly because I wasn't overly sure what they are supposed to do. I did some homework (lots of comparing primers on MakeUpAlley.com) and decided I would try Bare Escentuals Prime Time... and it does everything I hoped it would do! It minimizes my pores, evens my rough patches, keeps my foundation in place, and controls my shine. Even after a day of running around and working up a sweat, my foundation still looks flawless and fresh!

Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil

Description

My favorite eyeliner... ever. It's blendable, but once you get it where you need it and it actually stays in place all day long. Feels like velvet going on and looks fabulous. And with 15 amazing colors, how could you ever go wrong?

One handy little compact with ten great can't-live-without-'em shades make this an essential part of my makeup routine. Also a great way to introduce yourself to the world of Urban Decay eyeshadow if you're new to the brand. It will definitely be $34 well spent!

Aveeno - Daily Moisturizer, Ultra-Calming SPF 15 - 4 fl oz

Description

I use this every day under my primer and foundation and it has never failed me. It's light enough that my combination/oily skin doesn't get too greasy but it still keeps my drier zones moisturized. I highly recommend it!

Revlon Colorstay for Normal/Dry Skin Makeup with SoftFlex SPF 15, Natural Beige

2 people recommended this item

Description

I've tried a lot of different foundations and this is the only one that I have been truly impressed with. It goes on velvetty and lightly but covers most of those little pesky imperfections. Use a little more as a concealer over those blemishes and -- voila! -- flawless looking skin. It doesn't roam around my oily skin throughout the day, it stays put and controls shine. What more could a girl want?

Description

This company is great because they offer a white foundation and a dark foundation that can be used to lighten or darken your foundation as you need. I've ordered my sample of the white foundation and absolutely cannot wait for it to arrive.

I got a little version of this in a set from one of my friend's mom about a year and a half ago... and it was fabulous. Cupid is the perfect color for me and it's about time I buy some new stuff and stop using a rose-colored eyeshadow as blush.
