Description
Great new generation of Apple laptops.
When you spend 10 hours a day with something it becomes part of you.
The Powerbook g4 and its current incarnation the MacBook Pro should become part of industrial history along side Ford's Model T and other classics.

It lifts up my shiny mac to let air flow under it and keep it cool. The best part? Tiny size and portability means that I can bring to to and from work and vacation. I get all kinds of oohs and aahs at work. (via Cool Hunting)

Description
I have the 23" monster sitting at my desk at work. I can have multiple code windows open, and still have room to view the results. Fantastic. The image is crisp, lots of screen real estate, and there's something just fun about the touch buttons for controlling brightness and power on this thing. It hangs from a pivot point behind the monitor, and it swivles so smootly. Plus, hiding behind the monitor is two USB and two Firewire ports. I use them for my mouse and hard drive that I leave at my desk so that I don't have to unplug forty million things from my laptop when it's time to go home. (via Apple)

I have partitioned it so that 80Gb is an exact image of my laptop (in case of catastrophic failure), which still leaves me with 20Gb of video rated storage that I can use for video editing. Firewire is blazing fast, and I no longer worry about what would happen if my laptop died. (via CNET)

Description
What started as a simple quick application launcher has changed my life. With a simple keystroke, I can launch an application (keeping my application dock clear), look up a phone number, send an IM, set a reminder, or start an email. The most versatile and useful application for Mac OS X users. Windows users only wish they had an app this cool.

Description
You can program this little jewel to do anything your keyboard can do. Everything from being a supercool volume knob, to scrubbing through and editing audio and video. And the manufacturing is incredible. Not only can it be turned, but you can push down on the top like a button. I've slammed my hand on it in frustration, and it took it beautifully. It scrolls like a knob on a high end stereo system. I love this gadget. (via Gizmodo)

I was stranded at an airport when I realized that I had left my power supply at home! Walked into Brookstone, and found one of these. Not only does it have an adapter for use in the car or on a plane, but it has an edison prong, which means I now have an additional power supply for use at home. Not only does it work with my laptop, but additional tips mean that it can work with my husband's laptop, or many other gadgets that I need to charge! (via my mom)

Logitech V500 Cordless Notebook Mouse

Description
I got this mouse when it first came out. Since then, I always carry it in my laptop bag in case I need it anywhere I go. Without a scroll wheel, there are no moving parts to wear out. It does make a funny little clicking noise that unnerved me at first, but it's not intrusive as much as it was unexpected.
It's small, it's cute, and it's very handy. (via CNET)
