There is just something magical about this mascara-probably the subtle pearlescent quality to them. They really make my big brown eyes sparkle deliciously. I am very curious to try the colors they suggest for blue eyed and green eyed girls to see what the difference is. Great stuff. And get the non-waterproof version as the tugging and pulling you have to do to wash off the waterproof kind has a tendency to pull out your lashes and you want to keep as many as those lovelies as possible. Bought this at Walmart to keep at boy's house when I sleep over, because I love almonds and cherries. It has a wonderfully feminine fragrance to it that gets me feeling all girly and pretty. Very moisturizing too-I use it as a shave gel when I run out of conditioner. Yum yum yummy!

MMMM Yummy! Fermented goodness! That's right...FERMENTED...with like fruit and stuff in it for extra tastiness. I recently got into this stuff when I was looking for more nutrition-on-the-go options, such as for roadtrips and work lunches. Also because of the wonderful little probiotics in this it is great to help your body (see: 'digestive system") get back to normal after a random night of puking your alcoholic brains out (or otherwise...such as the flu) as I can personally attest to. If you are like me-a girl that's rather intimidated by the whole gym experience-this is a must read study book. Karen wonderfully explains and illuminates how to strengthen the body, especially a woman's body. And it doesn't involve trying to sculpt buns of steel or frantically keeping yourself from getting grossly thick with turbo muscle while trying to fit into small pants. It does involve wisdom, grace, and power-all things that are totally accessible to women. Her writing style is warm and open and very clear as she expresses her own personal experiences of fitness while illustrating its time honored principles.

This book changed my life! After reading, learning, and applying I felt alive again after feeling so drained and blah for years-in my 20's even! As a woman this really affected my cycles too and normalized them to a much more tolerable degree! That in itself was AMAZING! It was a definite challenge to integrate the information into action and diet but very very easy to maintain once I got over the discomfort of changing my beliefs and understanding of food and eating. I recommend this book all the time, to friends, coworkers, etc. etc. I especially recommend it for those dealing with diabetes as the information can show you how you can reverse it! Fascinating read as well!

POPS Lip Pencils

I've worn my "Silk" lip pencil down to a nub I've used it so much (as lip liner AND filler). The formulation is so soft but easy to control-lends itself to a crayon very easily. I favor the lighter neutral pink shades for pale lip designs with dramatic and smokey eyes, but there are many gorgeous shades to choose from and play with. (via Got Beauty)

These pencils are amazing. There is something divine about the formulation-both smooth, soft, and consistent. My favorite color oddly enough is the pure white, which I use as both an accent (especially for fantasy makeup designs), a highlighter in the inside corners of my eyes, and on my lips for a bright pucker plumping dot.
