Wine flavored sorbet? They must have been dreaming about me when they made this. The champagne flavor is especially good. It's light and refreshing and the alcohol doesn't overwhelm it at all.

This book is full of celebrities and socialites and their impossibly adorable Yorkies, Bichons and Chihuahuas perched in bags by Prada, Vuitton or Coach.
