Paul Smith Leather Low-Top Sneaker
First to recommend
Description
It doesn't take a lot to get me excited about a Paul Smith sneaker, which typically features a flat, slim silhouette with quirky details the move a traditional gym shoe into the realm of real fashion. The rubber sole and lace contrast here are off-white just enough to complement the earthy leather/suede brown-ness of this shoe.

Marc Textured Cotton Blazer

Description
It's remarkable the Marc Jacobs is still getting mileage out of military elements like the epaulettes on this blazer, but a stylized safari jacket will probably always work in summer.

Superga: Men's Formula Uno

Description
This is how traditional court sneakers, which we think of as Chuck Taylor's, get translated by Europeans. Note the refinement, which makes this shoe go better with slacks than most any sneaker you've ever owned.

Vans Zapato Del Barco
First to recommend
Description
Deck shoes have experienced a resurgence in the past few years, thanks to the efforts of Alife, Creative Recreation, and Modern Amusement's collaborations with Sperry. Vans gets on board with this Zapato Del Barco, which bypasses the leather upper for a frayed-edge canvas. (via Uncrate)

Band of Outsiders - Two-Tone Classic Boat Shoe
3 people recommended this item
Description
OK, this summer is really going to be the last summer of this boat shoe revival. Band of Outsiders doesn't do a whole lot to tweak the classic design, but that stark color choice somehow pushes this silhouette into way more formal places than it general goes.

Black Seersucker Jacket
First to recommend
Description
It's comforting that black seersucker can still be expected from a brand like Rogues Gallery, which has so many reasons at the moment to play it safe and make clothes that make sense. Anchor print on the interior adds a nice extra touch.

Achilles Low Top Sneaker
First to recommend
Description
Maybe this shoe makes too many easy Rod Laver references, but try wearing that shoe with slacks. Common Projects' knack for luxurious understatement is getting more textured all the time.

Navy Leather 3 Hole Slip-On
First to recommend
Description
A fantastic midpoint between an oxford and a sneaker, Common Projects' 3-Hole Slip-On succeeds almost silently. Call it inconspicuous sportswear.

Kidrobot x Colab Sunglasses
First to recommend
Description
Has it ever been more 1983? Even in 1983? Kidrobot's collab with COLAB puts a fine point on the plastic aviator (aka, ski glasses) trend, further punctuated by a robot logo right on the bridge between the lenses. Radical.

Creative Recreation Lucky Luciano

Description
Remember summer 2006, when streetwear couldn't get any louder? Yeah, me neither. But Creative Recreation again somehow manages to put a cool sheen on an otherwise obnoxious colorway.
