This carbon fiber pump is very lightweight, but has a full barrel allowing you to get your tires back up to a full 120 psi after a flat. I've owned this pump for over four years and it has never let me down.

If you only read one of my recommendations, then let it be this one. I can't tell you how much I enjoy my ipod sports kit. This baby can do ALMOST everything. It provides the music and if specified the motivation to meet your goals. In the meantime it's logging your distance and pace. Later, you can upload this info online and view a graphic interpretation of your workouts. The website will record your goals and the system will notify you by audio when you achieve this goal. There is also a web function that allows you to plot & save your running course and estimates the distance based on your inputs.

At the moment there is no better alternative. My own wish for this product is that Nike/Apple would create a version that also monitors your heart rate. That would truly be perfection.

I've been using this product since I found out about it and it's awesome. I use it on my beach volleyball sunglasses and my cycling sunglasses.

These are my primary sunglasses for cycling - they are light, they never fog, and they look great. Best of all, if you scratch your lens, Rudy Project will replace them for a nominal fee. This replacement program doesn't seem like much until you see your $200 cycling sunglasses bouncing off the pavement.
