I swear I am going to have to start a new list for religious glam. Who knew? I've seen religious kitsch, but this is definitely glam.

USB Mix Tape
6 people recommended this item
Description
This is way out of the realm of things I usually recommend, but it was so darn cool I just couldn't pass it up. Remember trading mixed tapes back in high school? (OK, is there anyone here over 30??)
Well now you can fuel your nostalgia for mixed tapes while keeping up with 21st century technology. You get the look and feel of a cassette tape, complete with space for your play list, but you record on a USB stick that holds exactly 60 minutes of music -- just like those cassettes you used to love.
Brilliant!

A charming bird that doesn't need feeding.
Inspired by Victorian bird cages, each mobile is laser cut from 100% museum board. The "bird" hangs from a separate string, and will rotate independently from the rest of the cage.

Entwine Tall Goblets

Description
I adore the sinuous shape of these hand forged sterling silver goblets. They are gilt inside, which is a bit hard to see in the photo. They are made by a young designer/silversmith in London, Emma-Kate Francis. Keep an eye out for her, because I think she's going to make it big.
Here's what she has to say about herself:
I graduated in 2002 with an MA in Silversmithing from the Royal College of Art, London.
Entertaining is a key influence for my work, whether it is an intimate affair or an elaborate dinner. My aim is that my work becomes a focal point to a dining table or a mantelpiece and that it sparks off comment.
