2 people recommended this item

Description

If you have ever tried to staple an inch work of TPS reports with some girly Bostitch... you know.

Swinglines are the absolute best staplers you can get... and, I kid you not, are heavy enough to use as a hammer (TRUE STORY) or inflict blunt force trauma...

Get one for your office, and one to share.

Stendig Calendar 2008

First to recommend

Description

Originally designed in 1966 by Massimo Vignelli and part of the collection of the Museum of Modern Art, the Stendig Calendar has long been a favorite among architects, designers and others who appreciate its aesthetic simplicity and understated elegance.

This classic three foot by four foot wall calendar, arranged in the European style where Monday is the first day of the week, features twelve sheets printed with black ink on white 60 pound paper stock. The monthly calendar pages are printed alternately as a black background with white numerals or a white background with black numerals.

Each sheet is perforated for clean tear offs. (Torn-off pages are excellent for use as gift wrap or to add interest to scrap books or decoupage projects.) The binding strip at the top has three matte black metal eyelets to facilitate hanging.

A perfect fit in both modern and vintage interior designs, the large scale Stendig Calendar makes a dramatic focal point in your office or home.

Measures 36” x 48”

Driinn - Mobile Device Charging Holder

3 people recommended this item

Description

In case you're wondering Driinn is the sound a cellphone makes when it rings {at least that's the way the dutch describe it}.

Check out this cute little doodad/genius idea.

This simple piece of plastic holds onto your device while you charge it AND if you buy one in a bright color it will prevent you from leaving your hotel room without your charger.

Genius I tell you - pure genius

Aluminum Business Card Holder

First to recommend

Description

This is a great gift-- it's thoughtful as well as afforable.

Give this to the straight out of college kid around the corner who still keeps his business cards in the box they were delivered in.

While you're at it, snag a handful more to keep in your desk. At $3 a pop they can easily be an "office warming" standard.

CB2 Luggage Tags

First to recommend

Description

These are adorable luggage tags that are understated and chic rather than "hey look at my bag"... and way hipper than the neon ribbon most tourists tie on their luggage.

This is great for the sales team that you sort of know, but are always on the road.

Normally I'm not a "hearts" fan, but these paper clips are great. A fun non-mushy valentine's day gift for friends.

Too awesome. Add a warm liquid and all of my political dreams come true-- in the form of red states turning blue. Even Montana. Even Texas.

Tea and Democracy. Yum.

Pottery Barn Project Desk

First to recommend

Description

I just got my Pottery Barn catalouge in the mail yesterday (suburban, I know) and I fell in love with this desk. It is the perfect place for me to wrap presents, write letters, work on my laptop and sew fabulous creations for my dogs. I love the height, storage and of course my affinity for white furniture.

It's a little steep, over 1k-- I guess I'll just have to bake more doggie biscuits.

Doorganizers

19 people recommended this item

Description

Instead of going through the trouble of writing "remember other office keys" on a piece of paper and attaching it to the door - after searching for a piece of paper, a pen, and the tape - you would simply place the keys in this.
Just pray that the next note you'd find yourself writing isn't "remember to check the Doorganizer". Got to love the name. (via Lifehacker)
