I finally got a flat iron that doesn't suck! I had been searching around for a "good"flat iron for a while. I bounced around the idea of spending $200 on a ghd but when I found this Chi at Costco for $60, how could I say no?

I really like it. Its not that is straightens better than my other pricey iron, its the fact that is straightens it faster without burning the crap out of my hair. That's right, no burning hair smell. That makes it worth it alone. Great iron, I highly recommend it.

Lets face it, flat irons are hot! When some thing is hot you need some protection. I mean, ovens are hot, that's why we use oven mits. This is like an oven mit for your hair. I have it. Simply apply a bit before you apply heat and you are covered.

Tweezerman Petite Tweezer Set

My brows were looking rough today! I mean ROUGH. I stopped into Sephora and grabbed this tweezer set by Tweezerman. I have always used slanted tweezers and was curious about the pointy kind (I am sure that's not the technical name.)

I got home and immediately got to work with magnifying mirror. I had one question ... Why the heck haven't I ever used Tweezerman before? My brows turned out great and you can get these bad boys sharpened for free if you mail them in.

You would think that a girl like me couldn't find room in her life for another pair of shoes but if you thought that you'd be wrong. I ordered these TOMS olive wrap booties this weekend to support their holiday charity initiative.

I had planned on buying the taller pair but when I saw these, I just couldn't resist. They are cute, stylish, and look really comfortable. Can't wait until they arrive.

I got this robe at Target last week, except mine is made of tee shirt material (but thicker) and it has a hood. It's great for lounging around the house. Also useful for covering up a bad hair experience with the hood.

Pristine Recovery, Inc. - Take A Whiff!

I have been searching for an all natural deodorant that works for a while. I have used some stuff from Trader Joes but honestly, it just doesn't work very well.

I found this stuff from Pristine Recovery and so far, so good. I love how the tube has way more deodorant in it than most AND it smells like a creamsicle -- try finding a scent like that on drugstore shelves.

I have this exact belt except mine is embossed with leopard print. This is an awesome belt to have because it is so versatile. There are also no holes in it so you can cinch it as tight as you want. Total winner.
