I don't use all the bits of this, but the ones I do use are essential. Photoshop is by far the best photo/graphic design app on the market today. I literally couldn't have done my job for the last 10 years without this software. In Design has everything you could possibly think of to create everything from tri-folds to complete books. It lets you create foot notes, end notes, chapter notes, glossaries, appendices, Tables of Contents and indices. You can set up repeating functions, special forms of word wrap and so much more. Unlike most software packages, this Suite of programs really earns it's keep. (via revolutionarygirl)

I like to draw as one of my hobbies and for a long time I was in search of pens that laid down an even flow of ink and that would allow you to do it in different widths. Then I discovered the Rapidograph pens from Koh-I-Noor. The pen point sizes run all across the gamut. I also love the fact that you can mix different color inks to get just the color you want. Sure, the pens aren't inexpensive, but if you like to draw and are looking for a quality pen, then the Rapidograph series is what you want. (via Dick Blick Art Materials)
