Aubrey's Natural Sun Block

First to recommend

2 people recommended this item

Description

I just ran out of sunblock and am looking to update my supply with an all natural, organic sunblock. As Sophie (of Gorgeously Green fame) says, your skin is the largest organ on your body and you should really think hard about what you're slathering on it. This sunblock has all natural ingredients (really, read them, you can pronounce all of them and they're definitely not chemicals) and is perfect for people with fair fair skin.

JASON Sunblock, Complete Spray SPF 26

First to recommend

Description

My favorite spray sunblock used to be Bullfrog - and then I read the ingredients (fragrance - a big no no, alcohol - I'd rather drink it, and more). Thus, I began my hunt for eco-friendly, skin-friendly sunblocks. Sprays are easier to use (although no girl minds a handsome well-muscled man to help spray/rub it on) and I appreciate that. Jason's spray sunblock is 100% natural and a-ok for your skin. Free of all the no-no's mentioned in Uliano's Gorgeously Green book (and above) and the smell is not too bad either.

Jason Sunblock Family SPF 36

First to recommend

Description

Here's the non-spray version of a the natural, organic sunblock I just recommended (enter well-muscled lifeguard). If you take a look at the ingredients, you'll see their scientific names, which may be scary at first, but look further (in the parentheses) and you'll see what the real everyday name is, like sunflower seed oil, jojoba seed oil, and more. And anything that is durable enough for a family has to be durable enough to prevent me from turning into a big red lobster.

Jason Lipbalm, Sunbrella

First to recommend

Description

You may not have known it, but your lips can burn too. Protect them with this SPF 20 lip balm so you don't have to deal with cracking, blisters, or other ickyness. Jason products are all natural and protect really well so apply and spend the day in the sun worry-free.
