About this list:
I thought I'd go ahead and compile all the music I've added to ThisNext in a list, as well as add some more. This is a collection of my favorite albums, the tried and true that I've discovered or learned of and stayed loyal to for longer than a week.
Lungs: Florence + the Machine

Description
I don't know why but I didn't think I'd like Florence + the Machine very much, but of course, I do. You'll probably recognize the track "Rabbit Heart (Raise it Up)" but the rest of this soul-filled indie album is really nice as well. Great music to write or work to.

Blonde Redhead is pretty much everything I want out of an indie band. A cool fusion of light electro-rock with an edgy tone that should be a staple in every music lover's collection.

Tongue N Cheek: Dizzee Rascal

Description
I'm not a huge rap fan, but Dizzee Rascal combines electronica beats with clever, witty rap lyrics to create danceable tunes that are as creative as they are fun. Yet another reason I wish I lived in London.

Noah and the Whale: Peaceful, The World Lays Me Down

Description
Upon discovering this album I created a playlist simply called "Happy!" That should give you some idea of the theme of this album. But really, it's sweet, usually upbeat, indie folk music that will make you smile.

Love love love. You'll recognize "In for the Kill" but tunes like "Bulletproof" and "Fascination" truly shine in this catchy electro-pop album.

Description
Love love love this soundtrack. Air's downtempo score flows easily and sets a flawless tone to this movie, but also holds its own as simply a really great album.
