Another one for my Toaster list. I thought for sure they were done with designing new toasters. Seriously, is there such a high demand for new toasters? This Bugatti Volo toaster seems fancy, doesn't it? I'm curious to find out how good of a toast is makes...

Description

Very "industrial" design toaster. Great font and red deatils. Good-looking enough to be happy with it sitting on the counter 24-7. The debossed word detail is very nice.

Description

I think someone got board, took their travel printer and turned it into a toaster. Seriously, doesn't it look like a portable printer? Either that or my hair straightening iron... Cool idea. Curious how hot the wand gets - doesn't look like there's much cooling space. I like the creativity behind it. Less space required, and you don't have to leave it out on the counter all the time (I have a 'thing' about having to keep appliances in open view.)

I've never thought of a decorated toaster - but why not? We're doing it with our computers and ipods. Toasters make sense. They sit out all the time. Might as well make a decor out of it when it's not being used.

Laugh all you want. This baby sold on ebay in March, 2000, for $2,775. I guess there's a huge toaster collecting thing happening. Must be kinda like the "underground toaster" club, cause I never knew... But then again, we Americans collect anything and everything, so why am I surprised?

I thought for sure my Toaster fascination would come to an end with the last antique toaster I found. But hold on... nope. I didn't realize Pylones had more styles than what I've seen offered. Here is one creatively called "colorful squares." (yes, I was trying to be sarcastic, but probably just sounded snooty instead.) Not for me, personally, but I know people who would love this. I appreciate the effort they put into making kitchen a bright, fun place.

The image is not showing it very clearly, but this toaster actually brands the toast with the words "I love you." it's so sappy and corny that it's so good.

That Kayzee! She's always finding great stuff to recommend. Look at this absolutely great find! I think it would freak most people to see a "melted" toaster and that I'm still using it. I love this thing. (via kayzee)
