I have a vintage version of these with the original red, blue, and gold Keds crest on the ankle, but as previously established, my shoes are better. Go for second best with the contemporary remake. Seroiusly these are a cornerstone for any girl's closet - simple, feminine, and comfortable. ($40 at Keds.com)

Gorgeous and sexy, with a deceptively low heel. I'm not a huge fan of peep-toe shoes, or toes in general, but these British numbers are inescapably hot.

These boots are HOT. Hot, hot, hot. They're half fake snakeskin (humane!), and half real suede (inhumane!) and all sex. As with all ankle boots, you'd better have legs for days if you want to wear these suckers, which luckily I do. Oomph!
