Colors magazine

Description
Colors magazine is simply one of the best international magazines out there. Each issue is centered around a theme, from "fans" to "drugs" to cities, its editors thoughtfully and creatively explore all perspectives of the topic. The magazine is bilingual in either English/Spanish, English/Italian, or English/French. It has tons of beautiful photography with sharp but brief articles. Sometimes the magazine comes with a audio cd, like the blind issue, sometimes it is a small book, but 100 percent of the time is is inspiring.

WAD Magazine

Description
Wad Magazine, We'ar Different, is an urban fashion and culture magazine from France. I always judge a magazine by its cover, and Wad has yet to disappoint. The cover always incorporates the human body in its raw form and manipulates it in a way where you cant stop staring. The magazine is bilingual in French and English. Wad knows a lot of interesting people and places and it shows in the photo shoots and articles.

HAMBURGER EYES Magazine

Description
A small little photo zine/book (who can tell the difference anymore) that showcases tons of creepy and cool photographers. It highlights photography from artists that are usually known for their paintings or graphic designs like Barry McGee. It is based in S.F. and it is all black and white, but eye candy nevertheless.

Description
Get the dish on raw talents in hip-hop, jazz, funk, soul, reggae, disco and Latin beats, with Wax Poetics. It delivers good music, new and old, paired with fresh funky graphics. Becasue Wax Poetics is respected among music insiders, it has no problem securing interviews with the likes of Reuben Wilson.

Description
Metro Pop says it is the "fashion magazine for the rest of us", well I would clarify and say it is for the people that are really into indie fashion, luxury items, and obscure finds . Metro Pop is basically glossy eye candy for the style hungry. Dig in!

PLANET° Magazine

Description
Another under-the-radar magazine from San Francisco, California. Planet magazine is a soft spoken, wonderlust of information, style, music and people. In the past it featured french music goddess Charlotte Gainsbourg and art extraordinare Matthew Barney. I love the green friendly reports in Planet.

Adbusters : The Magazine - #68 Apocalypse Soon

Description
Ad Busters is one the best magazine to critique the American consumerist ideal. With minimal text and pages of thought provoking images, collages, manipulated and redesigned ads to get you thinking about how consumerist practices are connected to global politics without being patronizing. I reveals some dirt on big corporations. I feel empowered to conserve more and a bit smarter.

Purple Fashion magazine

Description
Purple Magazine is an international high-end fashion magazine from France. It cost about 37 euros to buy each issue. But it contains some of the most quirky designers and fashion photographers. Terry Richardson did the cover, of course. Purple also publishes The Purple Journal, a smart and beautiful journal, and printed Purple Sexe, a trendy erotica. Needless to say it knows a thing or two about about cool stuff.

Anthem Magazine

Description
I love promoting quality magazines from California. What can I say the sun makes people more productive. Anthem magazine, from Long Beach, is not only well-designed but contains great interviews from bands and artists. It is always quick to point out interesting names from fashion week. I love their clean layouts.

Wooooo Magazine

Description
Wooooo (with five "o"s) is first about all, fun. I hate reading boring magazines. Woooooooo is dirty, funny, irreverent, and on top of its shit. Find popular bands like LCD Sound System to indie film directors like Patrick Daughters.
