About this list:
If there was any question, Bonnaroo has proven itself has the premiere music festival. I was so excited about the lineup, that i decided to go ahead and make a list for you guys. Hopefully, it'll encourage some of you to suck it up and go. For the others, I think it should serve as a fun reference point to good, yet eclectic music. These are my favorite albums from my favorite musicians heading to Manchester Tennessee this summer.

I'll put it this way, my mother had some seerious problems with me listening to this when it first came out. However, it was catchy a memorable enough that I recently bought another copy of it on iTunes. When you have Gin and Juice on your computer, you play it. Trust me, you play it a lot.

Fight for Your Mind: Ben Harper

Description
I'll be the first to admit that I, basically, Idolize Ben Harper. His old stuff is easily some of my favorite music ever. This, his 3rd album has some of the all-time classics, like oppression, by my side and burn one down.
...It's probably my favorite of his.

Description
It's the second album from Ben Harper and was released in the early nineties. Most of the songs on this one are significantly less recognizable than those on Fight for Your Mind. However, I think they do a beautiful job setting the stage for the subsequent album.

The Mars Volta

Description
It's the newest album from progressive rock band, The Mars Volta. Full disclosure, it's not really might type of music, but I certainly appreciate it as good. So, maybe you wanna get down with some neo-psychedelia -- this is for you.

TV on the Radio: Return to Cookie Mountain

Description
With all the love surrounding TV on the Radio these days, I think it'd be a sin to not recognize that album that we all first fell in love. This 2006 release, is debatably less progressive, but also a tap-your-foot a sing-a-long kind of thing. If you're behind, this album is awesome.

Show Your Bones by Yeah Yeah Yeahs

Description
This, the second studio album from the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, is without a doubt, their best. So, if you can get into some art punk or garage rock, I think you'll enjoy this 2006 release.

Gov't Mule: Gov't Mule

Description
For me, if you've gotta choose a favorite Gov't Mule album, it's got to be their self titled debut. It's raw, but probably the "jamiest" of them all.

Description
So, i was all excited about the new Andrew Bird album that i just hopped on and bought it, without ever considering the fact that there was a deluxe edition. The was, this is it and it contains 5 extra songs. i haven't heard them, but if they're anything like the others, they'll be more than worth the few extra bucks.
