Description

Engagement rings seem to increasingly be all in the same style. One big rock in the middle of a plain band. I still like the big stone (you want it to be sparkly), but I like a little bit more interest in my rings. This vintage inspired engagement ring is gorgeous. I like the overall shine and the almost petal on the side.

Description

I love paper. The thickness of it, the way it feels on your hand. Wedding invitations and custom stationary make me overjoyed. I love these plum blossom wedding invitations right now. I'm thinking a off white or antique white Victorian inspired wedding dress, simple flowers and these invites. But then again, maybe it's bad of me to plan a wedding around an invite.

Description

Blue isn't always a color associated with weddings (except that 'something blue' thing and the blue sash bride fashion a few years back). But for a seaside wedding (coast of Maine with an old stone Church?) I think it would be absolutely divine! I like the stark white and navy blue contrast...what makes it even better is that hint of sea blue that lightens everything up.

Description

I remember back in high school when I bought my first nice purse. I had been given a handful of Coach and Dooney & Bourke purses by my stepmother for special occasions, but the first nice purse I bought was the iconic black Kate Spade. I loved it. And it's the simplicity of design and yet simultaneous playfulness that I loved in her purses that I love in her wedding invitations. Classic, chic and oh so lighthearted. Adorable for a wedding.

Description

This might be one of my favorite color combinations. Good for any season (though especially spring), creamy and inviting. For a wedding this speaks to a discreet and beautiful affair. I adore the ribbon tied on the front. My only worry is that it seems very girly, perhaps something that might be better for a girl's baby shower.

Description

Black, white and yellow. It's utterly spring and summery. It's utterly gorgeous. And with yellow being such a hot trend this season, it's utterly spot on. The yellow flowers and print on the invitation itself is very bold and yet with the classic black and white response card it's also easy for guests to write their response on.

Ooh! It's oh so cutely pink and oh so cutely girly. I'm in love with these pink wedding invitations. With a pink themed wedding these invitations get guests in the right frame of mind. Looking for an alternative to bubbles and afraid people will call you a bird killer if you use rice (even though it's an urban legend!)? I was at wedding recently that tossed lavender. I loved that idea. It smelled good and every bit of lavender I didn't throw I got to take home (talk about awesome). Plus lavender is symbolic for love and devotion. Description

With an increasing number of my friends getting married, I decided to take a good look at the wedding dresses out there. There are some that are gorgeous and some that aren't and many in between. This dress falls towards the gorgeous side for me, it's a line and has a deep v neckline which is usually flattering to most everyone. It's the beaded lace over the top that I adore most though...well that and the pretty little contrasting belt of smooth satin.

Description

As much as I love the dress I just recommended some times it's nice to have a slightly younger looking dress (as long as you are younger ;-) ). This a line dress still has the pretty embellished lace overlay. And it still has a belt, but this one is monotone and emphasizes an empire waist.

I adore A line dresses, there is just something so stunning about them. And while I love lace, some weddings just don't call for it/ That's where the Tiana dress comes in. It's a line (so it's still flattering) and has a cute sweetheart neckline. But the best part of this dress is the broad blue grey sash.

All of my friends are having the big weddings (one even has 9 bridesmaids...nine!). And while a part of me wants a big wedding another part of me wants a fun little wedding in some fun little escape. A casual wedding doesn't mean you have to sacrifice style though. And this pretty little wedding dress has the a line, the lace and the sash that I prefer in more formal wedding dresses in a petite package.

Description

This off white wedding dress combines a verdant green with floral lace. It would be amazing for a spring wedding. I seem to prefer wedding dresses with sashes and this sash in it's wonderful coordinating color is just amazing.
