I've been in a bit of a lip gloss "slump" lately and needed to find something different with a healthy dose of color. This is it! Love it! It goes on very smooth, but does not feel too slippery. It seems like this is a more "grown-up" type of gloss in terms of application, feel and color palette. The color "Burning Up" is a nice coral-orange shade that doesn't scream bright clown orange. It is medium-sheer coverage and this particular shade has high shine with some golden shimmer (not glitter). The packaging is a tube with a sponge applicator and the applicator is nice-- very soft and spongy, with a groove in it which helps hold and apply the gloss. I think it delivers the right amount of gloss--not too much or too little.

The gloss feels moisturizing and lasts longer and gives better coverage than most, but it is not whisper-light. It goes on a lot sheerer than in the bottle, but it's still so pretty- it really brightened up my whole face and my girlfriends asked me almost every day what I was wearing! This is a great alternative to a red or a bronze/brown lipgloss and would work up best up to a Nia Long complexion with light/medium pigmented lips. (via Lancome)

Maybe it was just us, but we rocked converse in the eighties. My school had a pretty strict dress code, but as long as your shoes covered your toes you were fine. Shoes like this would have been perfect to express yourself. Why not indulge in a bit of nostalgia and just plain fashion fun and take them home to work into your wardrobe now? I think I might.

one of my favrite books. it got soaked when one of our pipes broke, and my husband and i took turns blow drying it page by page to save it. although its all warped and wrinkly, i still reference it at least a few times a week.

i want all of these... my son is on a bandaid craze and needs one if the wind blows wrong- but i'm the same way so i cant complain. at least these would be awesome looking (even more than spongebob ones). i really want to get the bacon for my carnivore husband, and i want the rainbow/unicorn and the crime scene ones for me... too neat.
